South of Blue reached out to me to create a brand identity for their medical spa, one that evoked a sense of elegant, minimalism, with a dash of sporty vibe. Their goal was to go beyond visuals, and to get our help crafting an experience that clicked with their ideal clients, resonated with those client’s transformation goals, and inspired a loyal following.
For the design itself, after researching their ideal client, we landed on a creative direction filled with understated colors, a touch of edginess, and a refreshingly simple design aesthetic.
South of Blue also wanted support transforming their social media content & strategy, with the goal of building a following full of dream clients that feel connected to the med spa’s values.
When it comes to building a cult-like following, our method for South of Blue was all about creating a community, sharing expert content, and offering exclusive experiences. We want their clients to feel like they're part of an exclusive club, a place where wellness meets camaraderie. As that trust grows, their service suite and investment level can increase, and they’ll continue to retain their clients because of the unique perspective and brand personality.
