Delivered a cohesive identity that reflected the founder’s vision while standing out against traditional needlepoint brands.

Built a versatile visual system (logos, submarks, custom illustrations) to expand into merchandise, packaging, and wholesale opportunities.

Designed Instagram Story templates and a social system that made consistent, on-brand posting simple and effective.

Supported the founder in refining a modern go-to-market strategy, helping her leverage her strengths as a multi-time entrepreneur while adapting to today’s multi-platform expectations.

 La Fête is a needlepoint brand founded by a seasoned entrepreneur who had previously launched successful spas and consumer brands. After discovering needlepoint as a creative outlet, she recognized its cultural resurgence and decided to bring a new, elevated perspective to the market. She needed a brand identity and social aesthetic that not only reflected her vision of creating modern heirlooms but also positioned La Fête as a standout in a saturated, pastel-dominated industry.

Creative Approach

The founder came to me with a strong personal vision and deep experience as a repeat entrepreneur. My role was to translate that vision into a cohesive, scalable system while introducing fresh ideas to meet the demands of a modern digital launch. Together, we explored how La Fête could break from industry tropes and lean into an identity inspired by Charleston’s elevated restaurant scene—bold, clean, and elegant.

Beyond brand design, I worked with the founder to adapt her launch strategy to today’s landscape, expanding from Instagram into TikTok and Instagram Stories while encouraging her to weave her identity as a founder into the brand narrative. By creating Instagram Story templates and a social media system, we ensured her digital presence would feel as polished and distinctive as her products.
