Abigail Swihart Valentine is a Columbus-based real estate broker and founder of East Laine Properties, a real estate investment firm specializing in multifamily rehabs, rentals, and short-term housing. With 24 personally owned rentals, 130+ properties sold in 2021, and a strong network of investors and developers, Abigail was ready for a brand system that reflected her level of expertise. The challenge was unifying her multiple identities—her personal brand as a broker, East Laine Properties as a commercial firm, and her behind-the-scenes rental holdings—into a cohesive structure that communicated professionalism, scale, and credibility.

Creative Approach

The goal was to create branding that could operate at scale while reinforcing Abigail’s authority in both the residential and investment spaces. For her personal brand, we designed a polished, corporate-leaning identity that balanced feminine refinement with strength, ensuring she stood out in a male-dominated industry. For East Laine, we developed a clean, professional brand system and email template suite built specifically to support the daily communication demands of investors and developers who move quickly on opportunities.

The website was structured with clear funnels to guide different audiences—buyers, sellers, and investors—into the right paths, while branded collateral and social media assets ensured consistency across all client touchpoints.
